Shipping
You can choose from two shipping options:

1. First class airmail
Fast and reliable. However it cannot be tracked, and we cannot take responsibility for lost/stolen shipments. This is usually the best choice (fast and reliable) in EU and Western Europe, North America, Japan, New Zealand and Australia.

2. Registered airmail
Can be tracked and is therefore recommended for certain countries where the postal system is supposedly less reliable. Recommended areas for registered mail are most of Asia, Africa, Southern America, Eastern Europe.

All large orders (weight over 2kg) are always shipped as registered packages.

Shipping costs will be added to your order. The costs are based on the size/weight of your order and the destination. You will see the shipping costs on the checkout page before you complete your order.

Orders will usually be shipped the same day we receive your payment. Shipping to Europe takes usually 3-5 work days, and elsewhere about 5-10 work days.

Non-EU customers may face additional customs charges when importing large shipments, depending on each country´s custom regulations. We have no control over this. This is rarely a problem, but if you think it is, you might want to split your large order into several small orders which we will ship separately. However, in such a case the shipping costs may turn out more expensive than the customs charges you wanted to avoid.

Returns

If you find a problem with any of the items you ordered, please contact us immediately. We will do our best to replace a faulty product. All orders are packed carefully. We cannot take responsibility for any items damaged or lost in delivery.

Should we face any problems processing your order, we will contact you by email as soon as possible.

Placing an order with Some Place Else requires you have your guardians permission to order, if you need one.

All stock remains property of Some Place Else until paid in full.

Some Place Else reserves the rights to changes without notice.
